Daily Hand Care Tips

  • Daily Hand Care Tips
1. To have a soft skin you should cleanse your hands often properly. Wash your hands frequently. This includes before and after meals, after touching your pet, after going to the restroom, etc. For best results, use warm water and an anti-bacterial soap & make sure the water is warm, because this will help you to kill germs. Buy beauty products for beautiful hands.

2. Put some effort by rinsing your hands and then applying a nickel size amount of soap & rub your hands together for at least 20 seconds, between your knuckles, on the back of your hands.
3. Exfoliate (scrub) regularly. Use a scrub which has orange pumice in it and helps to remove the hard thickened area of skin, especially on the palm of the hand caused by repeated pressure or friction. Many online cosmetics stores can help you to get soft, problem free hands.
4. Use a moisturizing lotion that is made especially for hands. Even guys need to moisturize because no girl likes dry hands!
5. Don’t use your nails as tools, this is what causes them to break and become uneven or pointy.
6. Always carry a small bottle of hand sanitizer in your purse or bag, that are scented ones.
7. Don’t try to pick the small flaps of skin that hang near the sides of your nails, because they hurt a lot if you just tear them off. Instead, clip them with nail clippers and put a Band-Aid over it.
8. Pushing back the cuticles from time to time so they form a distinct band by the base of the nail rather than becoming stretched out and thin tends to minimize the problem. After a warm soak, use something with a distinct corner rather than a sharp edge so it cannot stab under the cuticle.
