Food that will make you look good.

To look and feel your best, choose the foods you eat for the dietary elements that support your body's heart, bones, muscles and skin. Together, the nutritional profiles of foods and your metabolic needs make some foods better for your body than others.
Sweet Potatoes.
Keep your skin silky smooth by including sweet potatoes in your diet. They are rich in beta-carotene and, when ingested, are converted into vitamin A, a prime factor in keeping skin touchably soft, . Not a potato person? Carrots will do the trick, too.
Kiwi.
Any food with lots of vitamin C, like kiwi, oranges, and grapefruit, is a big skin saver,. Vitamin C stimulates collagen synthesis and protects against wrinkles. In a study done by the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, women who had a diet high in vitamin C foods had noticeably less dryness and fewer wrinkles.
Milk.
Milk does a body good, but what it does for your teeth is a whole lot better! Since it's an excellent source of calcium, it helps support your jawbone, keeps your teeth cavity-free, and promotes the reformation of enamel. Bottoms up!
Blueberries.
They're sweet and loaded with vitamin C and immune-boosting antioxidants that stimulate collagen production to help keep skin smooth and supple. Berries also help combat toxins in the body and free radicals, those nasty molecules that cause skin to age prematurely.
Tomatoes.
Tomatoes are full of fiber and vitamin A, which aids in the development of skin cells and the maintenance of skin cell health. A vitamin A deficiency can lead to dry skin. And tomatoes have lots of lycopene, which studies have shown helps protect the skin from UV stress (you still don't want to forgo the sunscreen)
Oranges.
Why they make you look good: Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that mops up free radicals, such as those produced by overexposure to the sun, that lead to the premature aging of skin. It also contains bioflavonoid, which promotes stronger collagen in the skin. Collagen helps skin look young and plump.
Garlic.
Eating a clove of garlic a day helps to protect the body against diseases associated with aging such as cancer and heart disease. For example a study at Tasgore Medical College in India suggested that garlic reduced cholesterol levels and assisted blood thinning, thus helping to reduce the risk of heart disease.
Drink water.
If you want to look good, staying hydrated is essential. Water improves the way you look on multiple levels. First, water works with fiber to carry toxins out of your body. Without enough water in your system to flush them out, toxins remain in your body and wreak havoc on your appearance: puffy face; red, dry, and puffy eyes; dull and dry skin, hair, and nails; even acne breakouts.
If you use these foods regularly, you will notice a difference in your skin and hair in a very short time. Beautiful you will be even more beautiful. Don’t limit yourself to the food in this article. Use other natural foods and oils and have a lot of fun experimenting.
